Let's talk about art, Let's talk about Beuys

Manresa 2022 organize activities to remember and reopen a scope at the art of the prestigious German avant-garde artist Joseph Beuys, who was inspired by the city of Manresa to make some of his works.  
He exhibited them in Düsseldorf in 1966 under the title “Manresa Hauptbahnhof” (Manresa Central Station). As a result of this exhibition, two Danish disciples of Beuys organized a performance in Manresa in November 1994. There they created the sculpture of the Beuys Cross, today placed near the Old Bridge of the city. 

Every year, part of the " Let's talk about art " (Parlem d’Art)cycle is dedicated to the figure of Beuys - "Let's talk about Beuys" (Parlem de Beuys).
